In last post I explained you Acupressure points from 1-5  (Point 1 -5)now I am showing you point No 6 - 12..

Acupressure point No. 6 Throat :

It is a main point regarding  throat.  So the people who have problems  in throat can press it to resolve their  problems. Only done with fingers.

Some common problems : 
* Tonsillitis 
* Voice problems
* Infection in throat 

Acupressure point No. 7 Neck :

This point is connected  with neck issues. So when ever you are going through neck problems you can massage it  and press it like pump . 

Some common problems : 

* Neck Pain

* Fever

* Cough

* Voice problems 

Acupressure point No. 8 Thyroid and parathyroid :

In human body it is situated in our windpipe. It helps to control the functions of heart and lungs. It gives body an energy to work properly. It is a helpful gland to absorb  calcium.

Some common problems : 
* Obesity 
* High B.P 
* Weakness 

Acupressure point No. 9 Spine :

calcium spine plays an important role in a human body.It is a part of axial skeleton. The spine is made of 33 individual bones stacked on top of the other.

Some common problems : 
* Speech Difficulties
* Body Pain
* Neck Pain
* Back Pain

Acupressure point No 10 Piles :  

Piles are swollen blood vessels in or around the anus and rectum. The piles veins are located in the lowest part of the rectum and the anus. Sometimes they swell so that the vein walls become stretched, thin, and irritated by passing bowel movements. Piles are classified into two general categories : internal and external.

Some common problems : 

* Diarrhea 
* Chronic Constipation 

Acupressure point No 11 Prostate  Gland :   

This gland is not active in childhood . It starts activating  in puberty  till the age of 50.

Some common problems :

* Harmons  problems
* Hernias 

Acupressure point No 12 Vagina and Penis:   

It's an harmonal point.

Some common problems : 

*  Harmonal Disturbance 

* Body Pain
* Impotence

Today I am writing  about "Acupressure " Last Ramzan me and my dad had a serious pain in teeth. We were fasting so it was impossible  to take pills. The pain was so terrible  as you people know if you ever had a teeth pain specially in wisdom tooth , so at that time I read a book about acupressure. In that book I had found treatment  for teeth which was surprising  and amazing . Then I learned each points in hands and feets. So today I am sharing it with you hope you will like it 💕 

INTRODUCTION :

  Acupressure  is a science which is gifted by nature . This treatment is used in all over world in different  types. In 16 th  century  red - Indians of America used this method by applying  pressure in feets. This science is officially  introduced in 20 th  century.
The word "ACCUPRESURE "  is derived from acupuncture  accu means needle  and puncture  means to make hole . On the other hand acupressure  means a treatment  which is done by finger ,thumb or an instrument to get rid  from diseases.

Now I am showing  points from 1 to 5.

Acupressure point :Sinus

These points are located at the tips of the finger and toes.

This should be done with an instrument.

Some common problems :

 * Toothache

* Sinus

Acupressure point No. 1 Brain :

A most important point which houses our knowledge and wisdom. It's full of nerves which facilitate the flow of bio -electicity . This bio - electicity creates  energy and controls the physical processes  of the body.
It's also controls the emotions and the sub - concious.

Some common problems : 

* Headaches
* Migraine
* Giddiness

Acupressure point No. 2 Nerves Point : 

All the information processed by our brain is carried by our nerves. These form an extremely complex network and are responsible for conveying all commands to and from the brain.
The left brain controls the right side of the body and vice versa.

Some common problems :

* Cough

* Ear pain 

Acupressure point No.3  Pituitary  Gland Point :

This is located  in the brain and is considered  the control  centre of all the endocrine glands. It is responsible  for our judgements, our wants, and gives our mind it's direction.
If this gland works properly then the person  may be highly creative  and skilled  in whatever activities are conducted.

Some common problems : 
* Obesity 
* high B.P.

Acupressure point No .4 Pineal Gland:

The  health  and secretions of the other glands is dependent on the healthy functioning of this gland. It controls the sodium and potassium  balance in the body. If the  gland is not in good health ,humans can reach great heights of inner peace and kindness and great powers of self -control in regard to pain and sorrow.

Some common problems : 

*  High B.P.

*  Kidney diseases 

Acupressure point No. 5 Head Blood Vessels :

These provide the connection between the brain and the body. During headaches  and migraines  these dilate and give rise to throbbing  pain. This point should be done only with the fingers.

Some common problems : 

* Fever
* Cough
