Surya mudra : For weight loss no dieiting no gym सूर्य मुद्रा. Surya mudra is the best yoga mudra for weight loss . It also comes in hand mudras to loose weight. Now a days our life style and working badly effects on our health which cause obesity because we dont have much time to exercise.
so , for weight loss I'm telling u about a special mudra or hand posture.
you don't have to go to the gym, no dieting. just only do this mudra and you can reduce 2kg weight in 1 month. I'm doing it and wishing  will reduce my weight. Although I am not very much over weighted but still I want to be slim. Before telling u about surya mudra i want to say that there is no hard and fast rule for this mudra . You can do it in any position .

fold your ring finger


and touch the base of thumb


and from thumb


slightly press ring finger's upper middle  portion.

remember :

don't press it so hard.

and put all remaining fingers straight.

now I'll tell u about speciality of   surya mudra


that how it reduces our weight.

this mudra increases fire element in a body and as well as decreases earth element , which melts fat and decreases body weight.
