Hello Readers!!  In last posts, I explained you Acupressure points   (Point 1 -5) ( Point 6 -12 ) (Point 13 - 18) (Point 19 -24)(Point25 - 31now I am showing you point No 32 - 38..

Acupressure point No 32 Energy :


A human body completes its devlopment in 18 to 22 years of age, after this we have to engergies it by maintainting diet and exercise. Energy effects all aspects of life ,from the day start till the days ends. Whenever a person feels low energy he/she should work on this point.


Some common problems : 

* Low Energy
* Tiredness 
* Weakness 
*Bad Mood 



Acupressure point No 33 Ear Nerves :


This point is connected with ear nerves. If a person  has some kind of problem related to ears he / she can work on it along with point No. 31.

Some common problems : 

* Ear infections 
*Ear Pain
*Impaired Earing




Acupressure point No 34 Cold :


Cold is when a person starts the day with coughing, sneezing and can't feels good .

Some common problems : 
* Fever 
* Asthma 
* Nonstop Sneezing 
* Tonsillitis 


Acupressure point No 35  Eyes :



Eyes plays an important role in our body . It is a gift of Allah .We can see nature's beauty by our eyes, we should take care of it by pressing  this point on daily basis.

Some common problems :
* Eyes Infections 
* Dry Eyes
* Myopia
* Weak eyesight 
*Blindness    



Acupressure point No 36 Heart :


Heart is an organ that pumps blood throughout the body via circulatory system. It removes carbon dioxide and supplies oxygen and nutrients  to the body. If a person eat more fibre , give up smoking and manage his /her weight along with working on this pressure point his heart will work efficiently.

Some common problems : 

* Heart  Attacks
* Pain In chest
* Numbness
* Left Arm Pain

 
Acupressure point No 37 Spleen :


It is a largest organ of our body and plays multiple roles . It acts like filtering  the blood  and controls the amount of red  cells in a body.

Somecommon problems : 

*Thallasemia
*Skin Problems
* Malaria 
* Blood Related Issues



Acupressure point No 38 Thymus :


It is an organ which grows at the age of maturity. It  produces T-lymphocytes which are white blood cells that fight infections and destroy abnormal cells. It is a butterfly shaped gland placed at the Base of the neck.


Some common problems : 

* Small Pox
* Vomiting 
* Hepatitis 
* Liver  Infection 
* Intestinal Worms 
* Epilepsy 
* Cough 
* Cold

In last posts I explained you Acupressure points   (Point 1 -5) ( Point 6 -12 ) (Point 13 - 18) (Point 19 -24)now I am showing you point No 25 - 31..

Acupressure point No 25 Pancreas :   


 It is a gland which produces Insulin in a human body. Nowadays intake of sugar increases so this gland should have to work properly. In latest reserch whenever this gland works more, the content of sugar increases which results low blood pressure. 


Some common problems : 

* Acidity 
* Low Blood Pressure 
* Typhoid 
* Loose Motion
*Gastric Problems 
* Hepatitis
*Intestinal Worms
*Epilepsy




Acupressure point No 26 Kidney:  


Kidney removes wastage from the body through Urine and controls  the production of red cells . It produces Vitamin D which is necessary  for strong and healthy  bones.


Some common problems : 

* Typhoid 
* Diabetes 
*Gastric Problems 
* Acidity 
* Vomiting 
* Infections
*Low Blood Pressure 
* High Blood pressure 
* Strong  Smell
* Burning In Urine




Acupressure point No 27 Stomach:  


It is a J- shaped organ which releases enzymes and acids from the food into small intestine. It is  not only digest food it also stores it. All the roles related to  stomach can be resolved by pressing it in intervals.

* Constipation 
*Gastric Problems

Acupressure point No 28 Adrenal  Gland: 


These gland creates a balace in a human body and helps in functions of liver, gall bladder and digestive system. If this gland doesn't work properly a human can involve in different kind of negative activities

*Red Cells Deficiency
*Epilepsy 
*Quick Anger
*Low Blood Pressure 
* High Blood pressure 




Acupressure point No 29 Solar Plexus:



It is an important point  for good physical health .It is located just above the stomach and just below the chest and lungs. This point should be checked on a regular basis.


Some common problems : 

* Small Pox
* T.B.
*Dehydration 
*Constipation 
*Pulled Muscle  
*Stomach Ulcers  
*Muscle spasm/cramp  
*Indigestion 
*Chronic pancreatitis 
*Stress



Acupressure point No 30 Lungs :


"It is an important part of the respiratory system the body.  According to recerch the right lung is shorter because it has to make room for the liver, which is right beneath it. The left lung is narrower because it must make room for the heart.


Some common problems : 

* Fever
* Asthma 
*Small Pox 
* Cough 
* Cold
*T.B.
*Chest Pain
* Tonsillitis 
* Throat and Voice problems 



Acupressure point No 31 Ears :


It is a point of  ears , through which a human can hear different voices. It has also a connection with nose and throad,    which  is normally known as E.N.T.


Some common problems : 

* Deaf 
* Ear Pain
* Infections in Ears
* Impaired  Hearing
